Hey all you VERY SEXY ASIANS! This Saturday will be our banquet, which is the last event of the semester! The theme is masquerade so be sure to come out rocking your awesome and glittery masks. This means guys too! Come spend time with your VSA family one last time before the semester ends and eat/dance the night away! New cabinet will also be announced. The food will be awesome! The place is awesome! The people are awesome! So what do you have to lose? Come on out! Ticket prices are $35 and can be purchased at the Cal VSA table along Sproul.

What’s in the store for the future of Cal VSA? You guys decide! Elections for Cal VSA are coming up this Thursday in 219 Dwinelle! Come on out at 7 to vote for Spring semester cabinet. After such a monumental election, you guys all know how important it is to exercise your right to vote. It’s your chance to change the future so come on out! Please note that you can only vote if you have paid for membership, which most people have done.

Hey guys! Culture show isn’t happening until next semester, but this Thursday is Fall Showcase! It’s a variety show with a lot of great acts! From family skits to slam poetry to dramas to great videos like the Cabinet “Heroes” spinoff, it’ll be an awesome night filled with great talent. You should definitely come check it out as this year is better than ever. Tickets are $5 for members and $7 for non-members. You can buy from any officer. Bring all your friends! It’s gonna be great!

Third General Meeting is this Thursday! You know what else is on Thursday? Our “Let It Rock” fundraiser event at Blakes. We’ll be showing a very exciting Vietnamese medical documenting entitled “The Seasons of Rain.” It’ll be an awesomely fun and informative time. We hope you come out. We’ll also be giving you updates on what’s going on in Cal VSA including our Fall Showcase event happening next week. Cabinet also has a special trailer surprise for a video we’re making for Fall Showcase. After the meeting at night is our “Let It Rock” fundraiser at Blakes! We had a crazy turnout last time as a hundred strong came to Blakes to dance their hearts out at our “Love In This Club” fundraiser. We’re hoping this is just as good. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased from any officer. We hope to see you at both events!
